Due to the nature of the products we sell, including collectible trading cards, sealed game products, and limited inventory items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases made through our website or in-store are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following items:
- Trading card singles
- Sealed trading card products (booster packs, boxes, bundles, etc.)
- Board games
- Gaming accessories
- Merchandise
- Snacks and beverages
- Event registrations, tournament entries, or reservation fees
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Trading Card Singles
All single card purchases are final. Card conditions are evaluated according to industry standards and may include Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), or other condition descriptions.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we cannot accept returns based on subjective condition expectations.
Sealed Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed products once they have been opened, tampered with, or removed from their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our sole discretion.
Shipping Issues
Hasty Goblin Games is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by shipping carriers once they have been transferred to the carrier. Customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include tracking and insurance when available.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
